Research on improving the performance of integrated stove by intelligent motor technology

Abstract: Under the guidance of the two major themes of “intelligence and health”, consumer demand is becoming more and more personalized and diversified, integrated stove through the multi-functional integrated design, integrated gas stove, steam box, oven and other functions, can achieve a variety of cooking methods, bringing great convenience to the kitchen life. At the same time, there are also technical problems such as unclean oil smoke, increased door temperature, and loud noise. Through innovative intelligent motor technology design, multi-dimensional high-precision sensors are used to build a digital precision motor control logic model. Through CAE analysis, the test and improvement results show that the integrated stove smoke machine can ensure the effective air volume is quickly cleaned, the average efficiency of oil smoke purification is more than 96.3%, and the temperature rise of the door body does not exceed 42.8 ℃. And effective energy saving and noise reduction and improve cooking efficiency. The research and application of the intelligent motor technology in the integrated stove effectively solves the user's pain points in the cooking process and improves the life satisfaction of the smart kitchen.
