基于TRIZ原理的附加水罐和内循环装置的燃气热水器恒温策略研究

The TRIZ solution to keep constant water temperature based on adding water pot and internal recycle equipment of gas water heater

摘要: 燃气热水器使用过程中存在的水温不均问题一直是用户的一大痛点,主要原因是关停水阀后内部燃烧器暂停工作,再次开启后有部分水流未被充分加热,从而导致水温忽冷忽热。对于此,如何控制燃气热水器出水端温度成为解决问题的关键。此前已经有研究人员从控制算法领域进行过研究,采用前馈和后馈手段,提前对水温进行干预,此为软件维度优化策略。通过借鉴TRIZ原理,尝试结构硬件解决方案,分别从①物场原理增加内循环;②技术矛盾解决方法(增加水罐)两个层面尝试解决,建立解决方案模型,并尝试将两策略有机结合,经过反复实验验证,综合成本和效果评估,输出增加小型水罐+内循环解决方案,可以有效降低水温浮动范围并缩短水温波动时长,改善用户沐浴体验。

Abstract: The water temperature often fluting up and down is the gas water heater user pain point. Due to the shower switched off ,the burner stop to work, but there are still cold water keep inner pipe not to be heated, so if the shower switched on again, beginning is hot water, then the cold water follow out. So how to control the outlet water temperature is the core issue. There some research updated the control algorithm software to get better result, utilize the before feedback and after feedback method, perfect the temperature in advanced. By referring to the TRIZ solution, try the structural hardware solutions, try to solve it from the two aspects: ①Object field (add inner recycling pipe) method; ②Solution to technical conflict (add the water pot), set up the solution model and try to test them one by one or combine two of them together. After many times test and date analysis, evaluate both the cost and result, choose the water pot and inner recycle solution. It can efficiency reduce the temperature vibrating and shorten the recovery time.
