空调器截止阀漏开自动检测方法的研究

摘要: 空调器截止阀漏开对设备可靠性和安全性影响极大,为了研究其对空调器的影响规律,总结自动检测方法,对截止阀漏开进行了实验研究。通过实验研究得到不同运行模式下、四种截止阀开关状态组合时的系统参数变化规律。基于此,提出一种截止阀漏开自动检测方法,在系统硬件配置不变的条件下,通过检测系统状态参数即可进行截止阀漏开状态判定。结果表明,该方法可高效、精准识别截止阀漏开状态,显著提高系统的可靠性和安全性。

Abstract: The unopened stop valve of the air conditioner has a great impact on the reliability and safety of the equipment. In order to study the influence law of the unopened stop valve on the air conditioner and summarize the automatic detection method, an experimental study was carried out on the unopened stop valve. Through experimental research, the change rules of system parameters under different operation modes and the combination of four stop valve switching states is obtained. Based on this, an automatic detection method of unopened stop valve is proposed. Under the condition that the system hardware configuration remains unchanged, the unopened state of the stop valve can be determined by detecting the system state parameters. The results show that this method can effectively and accurately identify the unopened state of the stop valve, and significantly improve the reliability and safety of the system.
