摘要: 睡眠占到用户约1/3的生活时间,是智能家电的一个重要场景。为了低成本、无感、准确的采集睡眠状态,介绍一种通过遥控器获取用户睡眠状态的方法。将加速度传感器置于小型遥控器上,遥控器放在用户枕边,采集加速度数据实现对睡眠的识别和睡眠质量的判断,无需穿戴且成本低廉。研究了有效的进入/退出睡眠识别方法,基于匹兹堡睡眠质量指数提取了睡眠质量判断方法,设计了相应的空调睡眠场景应用。

Abstract: Sleep accounts for about 1/3 of users' life time, which is an important scene of smart appliances. In order to get sleep, some smart air conditioners will adopt linkage bracelets, smart pillows and other methods, which require users to wear or buy additional linkage products. In order to collect the sleep state with low cost, no feeling and more accuracy, a method of obtaining the user's sleep state through a miniaturized remote controller is introduced. The acceleration sensor is placed on the miniaturized remote controller, which is clamped on the user's pillow to collect acceleration data to realize the recognition of sleep and the judgment of sleep quality. There is no need to wear and the cost is low. The effective acceleration data filtering algorithm and sleep entry/exit recognition method are studied. The sleep quality judgment method is extracted based on Pittsburgh sleep quality index, and the corresponding air-conditioning sleep scene application is designed.
