洗衣机箱体结构仿真及优化研究

摘要: 洗衣机箱体为关键核心部件,高速脱水过程中,箱体受到激振而发生振动,为避免发生共振,箱体一阶固有频率需要预留一定余量。洗衣机运输过程中,箱体为外观部件,如果发生明显的跌落变形,会严重影响用户使用体验。研究建立了箱体和整机包装有限元模型,对箱体进行了静力学和模态分析,对整机进行了跌落仿真分析。得到了箱体变形分布云图,并对结构进行了优化,性能均得到明显提升。本文可为洗衣机箱体设计提供理论指导。

Abstract: The washing machine cabinet is the key core component. In the process of high-speed dehydration, the box is excited and vibrates, and in order to avoid resonance, a certain margin needs to be reserved for the first-order natural frequency of the box. During the transportation of the washing machine, the box is an appearance part, and if it is obviously dropped and deformed, it will seriously affect the user experience. In this paper, the finite element model of the box and the packaging of the whole machine is established, the static and modal analysis of the box is carried out, and the drop simulation analysis of the whole machine is carried out. The deformation distribution map of the box was obtained, and the structure was optimized, and the performance was significantly improved. This paper can provide theoretical guidance for the design of core components of washing machines.
