风机电控自适应降噪技术研究

摘要: 根据空调产品的噪声问题,研究了风机电机与整机的共振现象,分析了现有谐波注入技术存在的缺陷,提出了自适应电控降噪技术,通过振动传感器构成反馈回路,实现了对系统共振状态的检测,提出了谐波注入参数搜索算法,根据振动情况自动进行谐波注入,实现了共振的最优抑制,解决了管道风机系统的共振问题。

Abstract: Based on the noise problem of the air conditioner, the authors research the resonance problem of fan motor and pipeline blower, analyze the drawback of the present harmonic injection based noise suppression technology. Based on this, the authors proposed the adaptive noise suppression method. In the proposed method, a feedback loop is constructed from an acceleration sensor and realize the condition monitor of the system vibration resonance. The injected harmonics are automatically adjusted according to the vibration, and the best suppression is realized. The resonance noise is resolved by the proposed method.
