新型双吸往复式压缩机及冰箱制冷系统技术研究(Ⅰ)

摘要: 介绍了往复式冰箱压缩机的双吸气结构原理及其应用于冰箱制冷系统的解决方案和预期效果。首先,创新设计了往复式活塞控制第二吸气开闭的双吸压缩机结构,详述了该压缩机工作原理特性以及应用于带气液分离器的新型冰箱制冷系统。其次,理论计算分析了双吸压缩机及新型制冷系统的制冷性能,如制冷量、功率和COP等性能参数变化。最后,应用制冷系统仿真软件对新型冰箱的性能参数进行仿真计算,得到了系统匹配运行规律,及双吸冰箱的性能改善效果。结果表明,新型双吸冰箱的制冷量和COP都有明显提升,最大分别为16.1%和8.2%,即冰箱的耗电量可显著降低,未来双吸技术可为广大冰箱厂商的超高效冰箱提供系统级解决方案。

Abstract: Introduces the innovative principle of the double suction (DS) structure of a reciprocating compressor and its innovative solution applied to the refrigerators system. Firstly, a DS compressor structure with reciprocating piston controlled the opening and closing of the second suction port was innovatively designed. The working principle and characteristics of the compressor were detailed, as well as its application in a new refrigerator system with a gas-liquid separator. Secondly, theoretical analyzed the refrigeration performance of DS compressor and new refrigeration systems, such as refrigeration capacity, consumption power, and COP. Finally, the refrigerator performance was calculated using refrigeration system simulation software, such as the matching operation rules of the system and the performance improvement of DS refrigerator. The results show that the refrigeration capacity and COP of the new DS refrigerator have significantly improved, with the maximum being 16.1% and 8.2%, respectively. This means that the power consumption of refrigerator can be significantly reduced. In the future, the DS technology can provide system solutions of the super-efficient refrigerators for refrigerator manufacturers.
