空调室外机隔声罩的初步研究

摘要: 针对空调室外机的降噪需求,采用理论计算和有限元分析(FEA)相结合的方法设计隔声罩。首先根据空调室外机的结构特征,设计隔声罩框架结构,在此基础上,考虑风道噪声和孔隙泄漏,根据目标降噪量和频谱特征,调整隔声罩尺寸,并采用有限元方法校核隔声量。最终实物测试的噪声声压级降低3~4 dB(A)。该设计方法对解决同类工程问题具有一定的参考意义。

Abstract: Aiming at the noise reduction requirements of outdoor units of air conditioners, a design of acoustic enclosure by combining theoretical calculation and FEA is adopted. Firstly, according to the structural characteristics of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner, the frame structure of the acoustic enclosure is designed. On this basis, considering the air duct noise and pore leakage, according to the target noise reduction and spectral characteristics, the size of the acoustic enclosure is adjusted, and the sound insulation is checked by the FEA method. The sound pressure level of the final physical test is reduced by 3~4 dB(A). The design method has certain reference significance for solving similar engineering problems.
